I build content systems that make complex products legible — from government infrastructure to agri-tech to fintech. Active in the Web3 ecosystem, not learning it from the outside.
My work sits at the intersection of strategic narrative, technical translation, and community building. I translate complex infrastructure into messaging that builds trust — across audiences who've never touched a wallet and teams who live on-chain.
Syngenta needed a WebApp ready for Latin America's largest open-air agro-industrial event — 165K+ attendees across 4 days, hard deadline, no extensions. The product had to communicate complex agricultural technology to producers who had never interacted with Syngenta digitally.
Full content experience: information architecture, navigation flows, and all microcopy. I translated highly technical agri-tech concepts into plain, accessible language — then defended every content decision directly to UX and engineering stakeholders.
8-week cycle. No room for extended revision rounds. The product launched on opening day of the event.
Taking technically complex infrastructure — programmable payments, multisig wallets, stablecoin rails — and making it legible to non-crypto-native businesses is the same challenge. Fast, under pressure, shipping with engineers.
In 2021, UX Writing barely existed as a defined professional role in Argentina. No local community, no Spanish-language resources, no events. I built the infrastructure from scratch — solo, while managing client work in parallel.
Community isn't a channel for me — it's a product. I know how to build an ecosystem from scratch, acquire the right voices, and turn an audience into a network that compounds over time. That's exactly what expanding beyond crypto-native communities requires.
Sole content person responsible for the video surveillance system of Buenos Aires City — 5 operating systems, government operators as end users, zero margin for semantic ambiguity. 90 days. No prior brand documentation to reference.
Information architecture and microcopy for all 5 systems. I authored the company's first Voice & Tone guide from scratch — it became the editorial standard for all future development. Final linguistic authority across Design and Engineering.
Work produced under NDA. In conversation, I'm happy to walk through my decision-making process or tackle a live writing exercise.
Financial infrastructure has the same standard as security infrastructure: when someone is moving money on-chain, ambiguous copy isn't a UX problem — it's a trust problem. I understand that.
I've been active as a user, investor, and community participant — attending events, collecting POAPs, and following the infrastructure layer closely since before it was mainstream.
That perspective shapes how I think about the hardest GTM challenge in crypto: building the bridge to the CFO of a traditional business who's never touched a wallet.
